IMLeverage, LLC dba CareerDirecting.com ("we", "us") runs this website. This page explains what we collect when you use it or ask for help, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you submit the form, you tell us what you are interested in, your education, whether you are 18 or older, military status, when and how you want to start, your name, ZIP code, phone number and email address. We also keep a record of your consent to be contacted: the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, your IP address, the page you were on and your browser type.

Automatically, our web host and our security and delivery provider (Cloudflare) process technical data such as your IP address and the pages you request so the site loads and stays safe. If you arrive from an ad or link, we keep the campaign tags in the address (for example utm_source) so we know which one helped you find us. Google Analytics measures how the site is used, and your browser contacts Google when a page loads (fonts, analytics).

We do not collect your Social Security number, bank or card numbers, or government ID.

How we use it

To respond to your request, to match you with providers, to keep a record of your consent, to prevent spam and abuse, and to understand how people find and use the site.

With the schools and training providers in our network who may contact you about what you asked for. They are independent businesses and handle your details under their own privacy practices. Schools and training providers may pay us when they enroll or are contacted by someone we introduce; you are never charged by us. We also use service providers that help us run the site and our lead records, including Cloudflare, Google and a lead management system operated by IMLeverage, LLC. We do not sell your information to unrelated marketers.

Your choices and rights

Do not sell or share my information. Some state privacy laws treat sharing contact details with partners who pay a fee as a "sale" or "sharing". If you live in a state that gives you the right to opt out, use our Do Not Sell or Share My Information page. Depending on where you live you may also ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you; email us and we will handle the request as the law requires. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to help you and for our business records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Children

This site is for adults. It is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new date. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
